At Finesse Fashions Private Limited, you can raise a request to cancel your order(s) subject to non-shipment by that time, thereafter the policies under RETURNS / REFUNDS clause shall apply.
In case of Cancellation has been successfully done before the Order has been shipped, complete amount including shipping charges will be refunded back to the customer (applicable only in the case of payments made through debit card / credit / net banking).
