Return and Refund Policy

For all Finesse Fashions Private Limited’s products, the company offers a 7-day return/refund period from the date of delivery. According to the policy, you can opt to return a purchased item on our website within the given time frame. The return option will be active immediately from the time of delivery of the product.

A request to return/refund an item can be made through the following steps:

  1. Sign in to your Finesse Fashions Private Limited / Rookies account using your registered Email ID or through Registered Mobile Number.
  2. Navigate to the "Orders" section in your account dashboard.
  3. Locate the order that contains the item you wish to return.
  4. Find and select the item that you want to return/refund and click on ‘Return Request’.
  5. Click on this option to start the return process.
  6. Indicate the reason for the return, if prompted. Common reasons include “Item not as described,” “Defective,” or “Changed my mind or whatever is the reason.
  7. Ensure that the item(s) you are returning are eligible for a return based on the store's return policy.
  8. Confirm any return deadlines or conditions (e.g., item must be unused and in original packaging).
  9. The pick-up request will be issued, and an email/SMS will be sent to your registered email ID/phone number.
  10. Keep a record of the tracking number if applicable.
  11. Monitor the return status through your account dashboard or the shipping carrier’s website.
  12. Wait for an email or notification confirming that the store has received your return.
  13. The store will process your return and issue a refund based on their return policy.
  14. For COD orders, an email from care@finessefashions.net will request your bank details, and then the refund will be initiated once the product reaches back to the warehouse.
  15. If the payment was made via online methods, the amount will be transferred to the same account/card that was used for the payment.
  16. After placing the request, your return will be processed within 7-10 business days by our delivery executives. During the return/refund process, the company will keep you updated via email.
  17. The refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days from the date of pickup.
  18. If you do not receive confirmation or if there are issues with your return, contact customer service for assistance.

Return & Refund Policy Guidelines and Conditions

  • Any and all items that a customer wishes to return or refund must be unused and should be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items should be handed to the delivery executive in an undamaged condition.
  • A refund will be initiated for the return amount once the returned package reaches our warehouse and the product meets the conditions of our ‘Return and Refund Policy’.
  • The amount to be refunded will include the paid price of the product inclusive of all taxes, except delivery charges as they are non-refundable.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  • Under Finesse Fashions Private Limited’s Policy, no exchange of products is available.
  • If the customer does not hand over the product within 7 business days from the date of the return request being raised, the request will be cancelled. At Finesse Fashions Private Limited, we ensure that our delivery executives will pick up the products for return within this time period of 7 to 10 days.
  • Finesse Fashions Private Limited reserves the right to reship the product back to the customer if it is found to be used or damaged in any way. The request for refund will then be cancelled. The customer will also be charged ₹100 for reshipping.
  • Finesse Fashions Private Limited routinely rolls out schemes where you may receive a free gift/offer along with your main purchase. In case you have purchased an item with a free gift/offer associated with it, you will need to return both the product you’ve purchased and all additional gifts/products received with it.
  • Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

  • In case your Pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:
    FINESSE FASHIONS WAREHOUSE
    Building no.74, Gala no. 4---5.. Indian corporation, Opp Gajanan Petrol pump, Mankoli Naka, maharashtra, Bhiwandi – 421302.

 

  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 75 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of store credit (Wallet) in case of COD.

    PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via DM on WhatsApp/call: +91 7028588337with details of the product and its damage within 24hrs of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
