At Finesse Fashions Private Limited, you can raise a request to cancel your order(s) subject to non-shipment by that time. After shipment, the policies under the RETURNS / REFUNDS clause shall apply.

If the cancellation is successfully completed before the order has been shipped, the complete amount, including shipping charges, will be refunded back to the customer (applicable only for payments made through debit card, credit card, or net banking).
