How do I track my order?

To track your order, go to “My Account”, then click on “My Orders” and then click on the “VIEW” button next to that particular order.

How to cancel an order?

Finesse Fashions Private Limited allows you to cancel your order till the time the product is not shipped from our warehouse. If we have already shipped your order, the cancellation is not possible. If you still wish to cancel your order, you may return the product at the time of delivery itself and the refund will be processed based on the mode of payment selected at the time of order.

How do I return a product?

You can return a product to Finesse Fashions Private Limited in three simple steps:

  1. Click on My Account (on top right of website)
  2. Tap on My Orders.
  3. Choose the item to be returned.
  4. Enter the required details and submit a return request.
I have submitted a return request. When will my product be picked up?

After you submit a return request, it takes 4-7 days for the product to be picked up. The exact number of days needed to pick up a product may differ depending on the logistics team that services your area.

When can I expect a refund on a returned product?

As per the Returns Policy, the amount to be refunded will be credited to your bank account only after the product is picked up successfully. You can expect the amount within the following timelines:
1. NEFT – 1 to 3 days post refund initiation (for Cash on Delivery orders)
2. Online refund through payment gateway – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner (for prepaid orders)

How will my order get delivered?

We have a strong network of reputed and trusted 3rdparty logistic companies like Ecom-Express and Delivery that help us dispatch all the orders placed on our website.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

Finesse Fashions Private Limited does not have any provisions to fast-track deliveries at the moment but we promise to send out your orders as speedily as possible. 

However, if in the future, we decide to offer an expedited delivery service, and your area pincode is serviceable, we will notify you.

Why was my return request denied?

If your request for return/refund was rejected, it may be because we found the returned product to be damaged, used, or returned without original tags and packaging. If none of these reasons resonates, please contact customer care for further details.

Why has my product not been picked up yet?

Finesse Fashions Private Limited only makes three attempts to pick up the item from you. We will mark your pickup request as failed if the item couldn’t be picked up in the last attempt.In case this happens, you can initiate a new return request if the item still meets the return criteria and no more than 30 days have passed from the date of delivery. Why have I received the same product after initiating a return?

Do you deliver products internationally?

No, at this point of time, we only deliver products within India.

Does Finesse Fashions Private Limited accepts bulk orders on its website?

Can I add an item to my order after I have already placed it?

Our website allows you to place multiple orders through the portal. So if you want to purchase another item, you can simply place a new order for it. 

What does it mean when an item I want to purchase is labeled as ‘Out of Stock’?

An item is marked as ‘Out of Stock’ when it is not available for dispatch at our warehouse for the time being. You are suggested to check the availability of the product in a few days time. 

What happens if my money is deducted from my debit card/credit card/net banking but the order does not get placed?

In case there is an issue with online payment and your card was debited even though the order wasn’t successfully completed, please just make sure of the following at your end –

  1. Please check your bank/credit card account – Has it been debited? If yes, your transaction is normally rolled back within 7 business days.
  2. The time taken for a reversal can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this from our end. Please check with your bank for more details.
  3. In case we receive the money from a failed order, we will initiate refund within 2 business days of your request.
  4. You can expect the amount to be credited within the following timelines:
  5. Net-Banking – 7 business days
  6. Debit Card /Credit Card – 7 business days
Is it safe to make payments on Finesse Fashions Private Limited’s website using my debit card or credit card?

Can I change the mode of refund after raising a refund request?

As per our company’s policy, once a refund request is submitted along with the preferred channel of refund payment, we cannot alter the mode of refund in any situation.
