You can delete your Rookies Jeans account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

Delete from the app

Open the Rookies app, go to Profile > Delete account and confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.

Delete without the app

Email us at care@finessefashions.net from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, saved addresses and login details are deleted.

What we keep

Records of past orders (order number, items, amount and invoice details) may be kept for up to 8 years where required by tax and accounting laws. They are not used for marketing.
